K+S Group optimizes its organizational structure
The German K+S Group took a new step following its development strategy Shaping 2030: it has created a subsidiary K+S Minerals and Agriculture in its structure.
By combining potash and salt production, waste disposal and logistics activities within Germany all in the single K+S Minerals and Agriculture company, the K+S Group intends to achieve a synergistic effect and better meet customer demand.
Earlier, K+S Group sold the Baltic Train container train to the logistics operator Modal 3 Logistik, being its shareholder.

Europe is falling behind in this field. The concerns 30 years ago was reasonable. Now not so much. We need crops that can survive in a more extreme future climate. Handle droughts and hot weather better. Crops that are less tasty to pests like hogs and deere.
