Ukraine continues to increase the import of fertilizers
For eight months of this year, the import of nitrogen fertilizers into Ukraine grew by 39.9% and amounted to 1.289 million tons, according to the materials of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine.
Imports of potash fertilizers to Ukraine increased by 77.4% to 138.324 thousand tons, complex – by 15.9% to 1.484 million tons.
However, in January-August 2019, the import of phosphate fertilizers into Ukraine decreased by 22.4% to 67.611 thousand tons.
