Infinity Lithium abandons potash projects in Gabon
The Australian company Infinity Lithium has decided to sell its wholly-owned subsidiary Equatorial Potash, carrying out its Banio and Mamana potash projects in Gabon, and it has signed a binding Letter of Intent for the sale, however the buyer has remained unnamed.
Under the terms of the agreement, the investor receives an option to purchase Equatorial Potash for $3 million.
“Gabonese potash assets are proven deposits with great potential. However, Infinity Lithium is now focused solely on the lithium industry,” said Ryan Parkin, Managing Director of Infinity Lithium.
Now Infinity Lithium will be involved in the San Jose Project (Spain).
