Meleuz Mineral Fertilizers got a new leader
Roman Dyak, the former General Director of Angarsk Nitrogen Fertilizer Plant, became General Director of Meleuz Mineral Fertilizers (Bashkortostan). Since February 2012, Meleuz Mineral Fertilizers had been led by Ramil Musin.
Angarsk Nitrogen Fertilizer Plant is affiliated with Promkhimtorg (owned by the former Sibur managers, Nikolay Spiridonov and Alexander Lunev), which in early 2018 purchased Meleuz Fertilizers from Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat for 579.5 million rubles.
The design capacity of Meleuz Mineral Fertilizers is 450 thousand tons of ammonium nitrate and 450 thousand tons of compound fertilizers per year. The company’s revenue in 2017 amounted to 1.28 billion rubles, net profit – to 23.3 million rubles.
