Three new lawsuits brought against Novomoskovskiy Azot
Three claims at once brought by TEG Group against the plant Novomoskovskiy Azot (a part of EuroChem) will considered by the arbitration tribunal of Tula Region. No reasons for filing the lawsuits have been disclosed in the court materials.
It is worth mentioning that lately multiple enterprises owned by EuroChem received claims from various organizations, for example, EuroChem-VolgaKaliy from Izhevsk Plant of Metallurgy and Mechanical Engineering, and EuroChem Trading Rus, from KuibyshevAzot.
Novomoskovskiy Azot has recently been sued by Russian Railways.
