Acron has turned attention to Moscow Region
Acron Group and the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Moscow Region have concluded a cooperation agreement designed for information and consultation interaction between the parties in the field of mineral fertilizers and agrochemical services. The document was signed by Andrey Razin, the Minister of Agriculture of Moscow Region, and Alexander Lebedev, the Vice President for Domestic Sales and Agricultural Projects at Acron Group.
Under the agreement, Acron Group is planning to extend the variety of fertilizers that are suitable for agricultural use in Moscow Region. The company will also guide and train the region’s agrarians and cooperate with specialized research institutions on the improvement of agricultural technology.
Alexander Popov, the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Acron Group, mentioned, ‘The Russian market is a top priority for Acron Group. Last year we increased shipments of mineral fertilizers to the internal market by nearly 50% to 900 thousand tons. In Moscow Region, we supply up to 40% of the total market of highly efficient fertilizers. We are hoping that the signed agreement will boost further expansion of cooperation with local agrarians and the development of agriculture in the region.’
