Socar to supply carbamide to the Azeri market
The carbamide plant built by the Azeri state corporation Socar will supply its products to Agroleasing to the total amount of AZN 10.5 million (about $6.189 million).
Agroleasing will begin shipments of carbamide to the Azeri market. A transportation agreement has already been signed with Azfar-Trans.
Socar launched the carbamide plant in January this year. Consuming 435 million cubic meters of natural gas it can produce up to 660 thousand tons of urea per year. The plant attracted a total investment of 800 million euros.
